Caitlyn & Rowan Sneak Previews, Rocklea Farm Wedding

November 9, 2025

Yesterday was an unusually cold Novembers day though Caity and Rowan didn’t let that dampen their day. We got some great overcast weather and I am a true believer that if it rains most of the day and clears you’re going to get a banging sunset… which we did!

Read on below for details on the team involved putting this all together, a little bit about the love story of Caity & Rowan and of course the sneak peeks!

Tell me about your The Beginning!

We met on tinder and hit it off right away. We met up for the first time on Feb 13th 2018 (the day before valentines day because he had uni and I had work on the actual day) and all we did was watch Game of Thrones in my bedroom. Not a cuddle, hand hold or anything, I was convinced I was never seeing this man again. Turns out he was more interested than I thought and the rest was history.

When and where did you get engaged?

We got engaged on the beach after a lovely dinner with friends. The night had such a relaxed and joyful vibe, and as we were wrapping up, we all went for a walk by the water. That’s when Rowan surprised me with the proposal. It was completely unexpected and beautiful.

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?

No style/theme per se but the vibe is we just want it to feel like a fun celebration with good food and music.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

I’m most excited about the moment we finally stand together at the altar, exchange our vows, and officially begin this new chapter. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of, and I can’t wait to experience it with all our friends and family there to witness it I’m also looking forward to all of it, the emotions, the celebrations, and the little details we’ve worked hard on. But mostly, just being present and soaking it all in.

Top Tips!

It’s easy to get caught up in the small stuff, but try to remember what the day is really about, the two of you committing to each other. Keep coming back to that when things feel overwhelming.
