Steffi and Lachlan’s wedding at Tuckerberry Hill on the Bellarine Peninsula was one of those beautifully relaxed days where everyone could just enjoy themselves. With a stunning farm setting, plenty of genuine moments, and a couple who were simply happy to be celebrating together, it was such a great day to be part of.
The day began with getting ready coverage of both Steffi and Lachlan before heading to Tuckerberry Hill for their ceremony on the lawn. Their ceremony was heartfelt, personal, and such a lovely reflection of their long-standing relationship and the life they’ve built together.
After the ceremony, we explored the beautiful 60-acre property for portraits, making the most of the different locations around the farm. With so much space and variety, Tuckerberry Hill was the perfect backdrop for some natural, relaxed photos of the newlyweds.
From there, the celebrations continued with wood-fired pizzas serving up dinner, a laid-back evening with family and friends, and plenty of fun once the dance floor kicked off.
A beautiful farm wedding, a genuinely lovely couple, and a day that felt relaxed and true to who Steffi and Lachlan are.

Tell me about your The Beginning!
Lachie and I met through mutual friends 15 years ago. Lachie would drive us all into the clubs and it wasn’t until the Geelong v Collingwood grand final in 2011 that we really got chatting. We both worked in hospitality so we had our first date in between shifts at Tasty Asia in Market Square and were inseparable from then on
When and where did you get engaged?
We were at home watching the footy having a drink together after the kids were in bed. I got up to grab us another drink and when I had come back, I was wondering why my drink wasn’t fitting in the cupholder properly. I lifted the drink and he had put the ring in there and then asked me to marry him – He forgot to bring it to lunch earlier that day.
What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?
We are going for a rustic theme wedding with hints of purple as this is my favourite colour
What are you most looking forward to on the day?
I can’t wait to see Lachie’s face when our daughter Imogen walks down the aisle, and then me of course. I am also looking forward to having a boogie
Top Tips!
Start planning as soon as you’ve picked the date. You will be surprised at how quickly things book out. – Have someone else other than yourself who knows everything about your plans Eg. Maid of Honour or trusted family member as you don’t want to feel stressed on the day – Try not to obsess on tiny imperfections. – Most importantly, enjoy it and have the best time! All the time planning will pay off on the day, and it will be the best day ever!
